  I visited the TD Bank in Greer to replace my damaged debit card. I gave my paperwork and waited for the new card. In total, I spent around 45 minutes waiting because the system was down. For the first 20 minutes no one let us know about what was happening. At the end, I got the new debit card and set up my pin thinking that was it. It turns out that the debit card was never activated and when I needed cash on Saturday night, the ATM told me that my pin was wrong. Now I have to take precious time from work in order to visit a different branch to fix this issue. I am very disappointed as I thought replacing a debit card is an easy fix. Employees at the Greer branch did not seem to know what they were doing.
