  As a small business person, I've employed accounting firms for over 30 years. Henderson Accounting was recommended to me when my prior accounting firm was ill-equipped to assist me with a state use tax audit. The personal attention and expert handling of my audit was impressive. I quickly became a client, and have never looked back. Henderson Accounting has handled ALL of my bookkeeping and accounting ever since. If I could leave a 6 star review, I would. If you ever question whether you have the right accounting firm, you should call Henderson Accounting. They will not disappoint you. The above was posted as my initial review for Henderson Accounting. Fast forward to January 30, 2017. I received a letter from Wyatt Henderson stating that his firm was disengaging its services from our personal and business accounting effective December 31, 2016. I wrote an email to ask why, and his response was that our business wasn't profitable enough for his firm to maintain, since they had "8 new clients waiting to hear if we will take them on." and they were "running at 110% of capacity" Wyatt, perhaps a 90 day advance notice would be a much more professional way to handle future "disengagements". Now I'm hustling to find a new accounting firm at the worst possible time on the tax calendar, not to mention a new payroll provider. New clients considering Henderson Accounting beware.
