  Not good! My child was bit 3 times on the face within 1 hour of her very first day. Classy Kids did not call me to tell me about it until 3 hours later.

  Note sent to center: GREER - It should be a law for all daycares to have the rubber padding for all outside play areas. Yall think you are so wonferful by "decorating" everything while the safety of the children is ignored. One day I found PEBBLES in her mouth (FOR REAL???), the next she had a ROCK THE SIZE OF A GRAPE in her mouth (ARE YOU SERIOUS????? - HOW SLACK ARE THESE PEOPLE AND WHY DOES MY CHILD HAVE ACCESS TO ANY SORT OF CHOKING HAZARD????), and another day she spit out a STAPLE in my band(A STAPLE USED ON PAPER.... OBVIOUSLY TRUE IGNORANCE IS AT PLAY ON BEHALF OF EVERYONE AT THE CENTER TO BE SO CARELESS AS TO EVEN HAVE SUCH OBJECTS IN THE CLASSROOM). I pay $185/WEEK to trust that my child is kept SAFE while I work... everything that has happened is unacceptable and PREVENTATIVE SOLUTIONS NEED TO COME INTO ACTION IMMEDIATELY. DSS is only a phone call away, and believe me, they will be hearing about ALL of this. And on top of all I have already mentioned, my child's pants came home COVERED IN MUD... COVERED... ONCE AGAIN, TRUE NEGLECT TOWARDS THE ALL OF THR CHILDREN... BEST OF THE UPSTATE??? WHAT A JOKE. Y'all are more worried about "cutesy" decorations and remodeling THE INSIDE WHILE THE OUTSIDE COULD HAVE KILLED MY CHILD TWICE, AND ONCE IN THE INSIDE.

  my daughter was in Kindergarten and was picked up everyday after school on the Classy Kids after school bus. Mary Jo (facility director) called me while I was at work from her cell phone stating my daughter was very sick and felt very warm she was sweating and just not herself. I didn't think anything of it, kids get sick nothing new she was with her father that week and I knew if she needed to be taking to the doctor he would take her no worries! Later that evening her dad called me and said please don't flip out when I tell you this, he asked me if i was sitting down??? ...that sitting down question is NEVER good! He said Leah told him that they left her on the bus by herself. I was confused i didn't understand she got on the phone and said she had fell asleep on the bus and woke up and no one was there she tried to open the doors and could not get out. She said she was crying and couldn't breath, She said one of her teachers who I know very well pulled up because she forgot her cellphone heard my daughter screaming and crying on the bus through a window. She said the teacher ran inside grabbed keys to open the door of the bus she said she picked her up and ran inside to the front office. Now trust me when I say I was absolutely FLOORED!! This daycare was one of the best daycare facilities in Greenville county how could this happen..why did Mary Jo lie to us and try and cover this up. I never in a million years thought this would happen to my baby my six year old child and on top of that the reason I trusted this daycare so much because we have family that works there. These people were our "Friends" but boy was I completely wrong. My daughters father went in the following day and it wasn't pretty of course it wouldn't be we were being lied to!! our child's life was in danger we had a conference call with her father, Deanna (Owner) and Mary Jo (Director). They were silent the entire time and I was very forgiving her father was floored on how forgiving I was. I made them promise me the rules and regulations would change, I wanted them to count every child that enters the bus and exits the bus its a no brainier it should have been done before this incident. I told them i wanted a write up and incident report some type of documentation (We never received). They told me they had let go the girl that left my daughter on the bus, they later stated they did not report her to DSS because they would make her un- hireable. Once again we were battling a lost cause they should have reported her. I just wanted it all to go away i just wish my baby didn't have to go through this she was terrified she grew attached to the teacher who grabbed her off of that bus, she was the only one beside our family member that we trusted. They assured me she would be picking her up everyday and sitting with her upfront. I told Leah to make sure she makes sure everyone is off of that bus so no kid will have to go through what she did. And let me tell you she did! So proud of my baby for handling this as well as she did. A few month after the incident I started realizing we were being treated a little differently than before the director had changed their "Legal" documents they had sent one home with Leah for me to fill out, I had to initial over 100 line items of things they are not responsible for. They started changing the way they handled our account we were no longer on the same account together (Her father and I) they said because it would make it "Easier".... No it didn't make it easier, they were charging us late fee after late fee. I was being penalized for being late even though i wasn't late. Her father was as well. In the back of my mind I knew what they were doing they wanted us out we were a risk to there business. What a joke! This facility has blocked my entire review off of facebook so no one can read it. I want parents to know what kind of place this is. Know the truth!! We are not going to let this go!!
